I ordered from pandadrum.com and overall it went okay. The site worked, and I did get my confirmation after paying, so nothing went seriously wrong. That said, a few pages were slow to load, and the checkout felt a bit clunky in places. Reading between the lines, it seems like the process just needs a little more polish so customers know exactly what’s happening at each step. Not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I expected.

I’ve been using this after work most nights, and it really helps me chill out. You know when you just need to shut your brain off for a bit? This has been perfect for that.

I got the D minor drum and, the tuning was right where it needed to be when it arrived. I still pulled out a tuner app because buying an instrument online can be a little bit of a gamble.
Every note was really close, with no odd buzzing or dull, flat spots. I’ve been playing it for a couple weeks now and it hasn’t drifted out of tune, which says a lot without needing to make a big deal out of it.

I’m happy with it. I’m not a professional player or anything, but I know when something sounds off, and this one just doesn’t.

I’ll give it credit where it’s due, the panda drum is really easy to carry around. I took it to the park and then over to a friend’s place, and thankfully it wasn’t a whole ordeal. It’s light, fits in the bag without a struggle, and didn’t make me regret bringing it along.

I’ll be honest, the main thing I noticed right away was the little extras it came with. The bag and mallets were included, which made it feel a lot more convenient and ready to use without having to buy anything else.

The drum looks really nice and has a warm, pleasant resonance. I’m totally fine with it, obviously, but the sustain is a little uneven depending on the note. Some notes ring out beautifully, while others fade faster than I expected. It’s not a huge deal or anything, just a bit hit or miss overall
